Since my break, I've found myself jumping risk and play more so, in terms of connection and friendship. I've risked exposing who I am to gain friendship and comradery. When in a blink of an eye, I can be rejected. But this risk has shown me that fear of rejection has only held me back more than I've ever been truly rejected. You being one I've taken this risk with. <3

I'm so proud of Meg!!! You're rocking your recovery and coming back with so much wisdom and curiosity. I can never look at my leg, and not think, Thank God for Meg <3

KIERRA 😭 Thank you so much, I've loved your perspective through this journey and your progress continues to inspire me daily. You're so right, there is something liberating when you find someone to take that risk with. You should be proud of yourself too, taking on this recovery process is a continuous test of your will and resilience that you should take great pride in. You are strong, YOU did that!!

Core memory.... I can completely "see" you, hanging out at the park, taking in those biiiigggg deeeeep breaths... The anxiety welling up in your chest.

We've all had those moments. Those share experience's are what connect us all... the entire planet... together.

Fear, intimidation, anxiety, exhilaration... these are all part of the human experience... and yet,,,, 99% of people refuse to talk about it... and an even smaller percentage will talk about it to a mass audience ( like in your podcasts ).

Thanks for being a light in the darkness Meg !

Congrats on being Courageous !!

You could have gone back home... and wallowed in self-pitty...

Instead,,, your made a --decision-- to be brave.

And that takes a hell of a lot of guts !

Byeeeeee :)
